1. Membership Eligibility

Membership is subject to approval and may be denied or revoked at our discretion.

2. Membership Fees & Billing

• Membership fees are billed at the time of enrollment and then according to your plan annually
• All membership fees are non-refundable, as described in our Refund Policy.
• You authorize The 1 to charge your designated payment method for all applicable fees.
• If your payment fails, we may suspend or cancel your membership until updated billing information is provided.

You may cancel future renewals at any time through Member Services.

3. Member Responsibilities

As a member of The 1, you agree to:

• Use The 1 services responsibly and lawfully
• Treat venues, partners, staff, and other guests with respect
• Not resell, transfer, or misuse your membership or any benefits
• Provide accurate information when booking services or events
• Follow venue or partner rules and policies

Any misuse may result in suspension or termination of membership.

4. Services & Experiences

The 1 provides members with access to:

• Curated events and experiences
• Concierge services
• Priority reservations and partner access
• Exclusive memberships and perks
• Digital and in-person experiences
• Network hub to connect with like minded individuals

Availability is not guaranteed. Certain offerings depend on third-party partners, limited capacity, or member eligibility. We reserve the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any services or benefits at any time.

5. Event & Reservation Policies

• All event tickets, reservations, and bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• No shows or late arrivals may result in forfeited access without refund.
• Some events may require approval, identification, or additional qualifications.
• Members are responsible for any charges imposed by third-party venues.

We reserve the right to remove a member from an event for inappropriate or unsafe behavior.

6. Concierge Services

Concierge requests may involve coordination with external partners such as:

• Venues
• Hotels
• Travel providers
• Lifestyle service companies

Concierge fees, once processed, are non-refundable. The 1 is not responsible for third-party actions, availability, or policies.

7. Deposits

Some services or reservations may require a deposit (e.g., special events, property access, high value bookings).

• Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise noted
• Refundable deposits will be returned minus any deductions for damages, incidentals, or policy violations

The 1 reserves the right to determine any such deductions.

8. User Conduct & Community Expectations

Members must:

• Behave respectfully toward staff, partners, and other members
• Avoid illegal, harmful, or abusive behavior
• Avoid harassment, discrimination, or misconduct
• Not misuse or attempt to exploit The 1 services

The 1 may suspend or revoke membership for violations.

9. Third-Party Services

The 1 works with a network of partners. When engaging with third-party providers:

• Their terms and privacy policies apply
• The 1 is not responsible for product/service quality, availability, delays, or cancellations

Members must resolve disputes directly with the relevant partner unless otherwise instructed.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on The 1's platforms including logos, branding, text, images, technology, and materials is owned by or licensed to The 1. Members may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Reproduce
• Reverse-engineer
• Sell
• Exploit

any portion of The 1's content without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• The 1 is not liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for cancellation, delay, or unavailability caused by third-party partners, venues, or external circumstances.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total amount paid by you to The 1 for the last experience.

Membership and service use are at your own risk.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The 1, its partners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the services
• Your actions at events or venues
• Violations of these Terms
• Interactions with third-party partners

13. Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• Restricting access to your devices
• All activity conducted under your login

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

14. Termination

The 1 reserves the right to:

• Suspend
• Limit
• Terminate

your membership or access to services at any time for:

• Violations of these Terms
• Unsafe or inappropriate behavior
• Abuse or misuse of benefits
• Fraud or suspected fraud
• Nonpayment

No refunds will be provided for terminated memberships.
